Justin is a practicing physical therapist with experience in outpatient orthopedics, home care, and private care. He earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree at New York University and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.
Working across these settings shaped the idea behind NOVUS: clinicians should be able to find additional work that fits their lives, and clinics should have a direct connection when they need coverage.
Justin founded NOVUS to bring those needs together with a personal, straightforward approach. That means learning what works for each clinician, understanding what each clinic needs, and sharing the details before anyone commits.

Can I join if I already have a job?
Yes. You can explore opportunities alongside a full-time or part-time role. You choose which assignments to accept based on your availability and existing commitments.
Does joining commit me to shifts?
No. Joining lets us learn about your preferences and contact you when a potential match comes up. There’s no minimum schedule, and you can decline an opportunity.
What happens after I join?
We’ll review your information and follow up about your preferences and next steps. Before a placement, we’ll coordinate the required onboarding and credential verification.
Which areas do you serve?
NOVUS focuses on New York City, including Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, and Staten Island. Clinicians can indicate their travel preferences when joining. Clinics outside NYC can email us to discuss their location.
How does my clinic request coverage?
Visit our contact page to email Justin with your clinic’s location, care setting, discipline needed, and dates and hours. We’ll discuss your requirements, available clinicians, and terms before moving forward. Please don’t include patient information.
