Information collected

When you submit a LinkedIn interest form, NOVUS receives the details you provide, such as your name, email, phone number and profession. If you later complete our separate clinician profile form, we collect the professional details requested there, which may include your résumé, credentials, experience, availability and preferences.

Use and storage

We use this information to respond to your interest, send the clinician profile form, assess fit and discuss onboarding and staffing opportunities. Contact may be by email, phone or text, depending on the information and permissions you provide. Interest does not guarantee work or require you to accept shifts.

Initial interest is collected through LinkedIn. Your information is added to Airtable when you complete our separate clinician profile form. Communication providers also process correspondence. These services have their own privacy practices. Website hosting providers may process technical information to deliver and secure the site.

Sharing

We obtain your permission before sharing your résumé or clinician profile with a prospective clinic. Service providers may process information to support our operations. We may disclose information when required by law.

Retention and choices

We retain information as reasonably needed for recruitment, staffing and applicable recordkeeping obligations. You may request corrections, deletion or an end to recruitment communications. Records may be retained when legally required.
